How It Works

  1. Adopt a Business
    As an adopter, you sponsor the building of one business through a modest one-month commitment. This allows Pesewa to hire and support a dedicated Virtual Intern, matched through our AI-powered platform, who will work on developing the core components of the business—its brand, platform, strategy, and early operations.
  2. Choose What You Love
    You select the business idea you want to adopt—based on themes, sectors, or even community needs. We encourage adopters to pick businesses they personally resonate with or would love to use themselves. That way, your support becomes not just philanthropic—but personal.
  3. AI + Internships = Real Impact
    Each adopted business is built using Pesewa’s advanced AI tools, with support from our Virtual Internship Program, where vetted interns gain real-world experience by helping design, plan, and launch businesses from scratch. This provides hands-on learning, income opportunities, and a fast track to entrepreneurship or employment.
  4. First Dips, Always
    As an adopter, you receive exclusive early access (“first dips”) to the products or services of the business you helped build. Whether it’s a tech tool, clothing line, service platform, or local product, you’ll be the first to benefit from what your adopted business has to offer—free of charge.
